entrepreneur-tips-and-strategies

I have produced my first E-Book,

    Entrepreneur Tips and Strategies

and wanted to share with you my journey along the way. I decided to write this E-Book to help other entrepreneurs starting or already operating a business. I joined the entrepreneur world over a year ago and have learned so much along the way. Before becoming an entrepreneur, I was in the corporate world for over 25 years. Being in the corporate world helped me as an entrepreneur in many ways. For one, it helped me maintain consistency in my day to day life an an entrepreneur. Maintaining consistency is definitely key in having a successful on-line business.

When I became an on-line entrepreneur, I thought that business would flow once I had my websites up and running. Well, it did not quite work out that way(lol). I learned that there is so much more involved to be successful in business. It was a rocky road in the beginning, but I’m finally starting to see success based on my business plan. I also took a step back and started networking with others on various social networks. The first network I joined was called Black Business Women On-line(BBWO). The creator of this network is LaShanda Henry. I have learned so much about on-line marketing from LaShanda based on her blog, audios and videos. BBWO also provided me the opportunity to network with other women with on-line businesses. The people I met also taught me a lot about on-line marketing. Social Networking has definitely been key for me in growing my on-line business.

When I first started out, my only business was Travel. Since, I have added a couple of other businesses to the mix. I have a blog called Ebonywoman.info where I educate my readers on entrepreneurship, technology, health and personal development. I offer on-line advertising on my blog, am an affiliate marketer and offer e-books on entrepreneurship. I entered the affiliate marketing arena almost by surprise. I found myself promoting products that I liked or tried myself and wanted to spread that knowledge to my readers. It was one product, then two and before I knew it, a host of products to assist entrepreneurs. I plan on writing more e-books on entrepreneurship and starting my e-book collection on travel.

Participating in social networks also allowed me the opportunity to meet folks in the radio industry. Once a month, the first Saturday of the month at 7:30pm, I’m on The Recipe Box Radio show hosted by Barbara Howard. Every month, I provide travel tips for a specific city within the United States. Doing this provides me with another means to get information out about my travel business. Check out some of the Radio Shows I have done.

The e-Book that I created provides Entrepreneur Tips and Strategies. For the beginner and experienced entrepreneur. The e-book is packed with useful information for the entrepreneur. I also provide some of my personal experiences of things I went through during my entrepreneur journey. I feel that if I can help someone else avoid some of the entrepreneur pitfalls, why not. Others helped me and continue to help me along my entrepreneur journey. I’m thankful and this is my way of giving back!
